Frequently asked questions
How are hours counted?
In 15-minute blocks (configurable), multiplied by the room factor. Pending requests are put on hold and only debited on approval.
What happens when a client runs out of hours?
It depends on the contract: block, ask reception for approval, or allow and bill as overage. The client sees the estimated cost before confirming.
Can clients see each other's bookings?
No. They only see "Busy" or "Unavailable" for other companies' slots.
Does it work with our domain?
Yes. Each centre has its own address on bookmeet.pt and can use its own domain.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the European Union, with per-centre isolation enforced in the database itself. You can export or delete personal data at any time.
